Jacqueline (Jackie) Cramer has been working on the land for over 25 years as farmer, educator, community organizer, land use planner, designer, and landscape gardener. She is driven by a passion to tend the earth and to help make our homes, communities, and planet a nurturing place to live.
She earned her Permaculture Design Certificate in 2009 with Jenny Pell, Maurisha Auerbach, and Kelda Miller, and attended classes in Horticulture and Design at Edmonds Community College. She attended the intensive permaculture course by Dave Jacke in Forest Gardening at the 2012 course in Sherwood, outside of Portland in 2012 at Our Table Cooperative Farm.
Earth Care by Design Collaborators was created by Jacqueline Cramer to serve those who want a beautiful, abundant landscape, while regenerating the land. We consider our clients as fellow collaborators. Also, we work together with professionals from a variety of fields to serve clients. We share a common vision: to build the soil, grow food, create landscapes for people and wildlife, connect with and teach others. Our projects include residential landscapes, homesteads, community initiatives, municipal and commercial projects, education programs, and habitat restoration. We collaborate with clients and other professionals to create and deliver high-quality landscape projects and programs.
